  • Is business insurance required?

    Yes. Commercial applicators must show proof of financial responsibility. Minimum insurance for ground application is $20,000 per occurrence ($40,000 aggregate) for bodily injury and $25,000 for property damage.

  • Does Rhode Island offer reciprocity?

    Yes. Rhode Island has reciprocity agreements for initial certification with several states, including Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
