How to renew your Arizona pest control license

Renewal deadline · May 31st

  1. Determine the type of license you need (Certified Applicator or Qualified Applicator).

  2. Complete the required training. Qualified Applicator applicants must have 24 months of experience as a certified applicator.

  3. Pass the licensing exam with a score of 75% or higher. Exam fees are $55 for Certified Applicators and $75 for Qualified Applicators.

  4. Submit your application through the Arizona Department of Agriculture's Online Licensing and Payment System, including training proof and required documents.

  5. Maintain continuing education to stay current with Arizona requirements.

  6. Adhere to state regulations, keep pesticide application records, and follow safety protocols.
